Sales Executive B2B Floristry Sector

About Us:
Floriana Flowers & Chocolate is a premium floral and gifting brand specializing in bespoke arrangements, corporate gifting, and décor services for hotels and offices. We are expanding our B2B sales team and seeking a motivated professional with proven floristry market experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new B2B accounts with hotels, corporates, and event organizers.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities for seasonal contracts, décor projects, and corporate gifting.
  • Work closely with operations and design teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in floristry sales (corporate, hospitality, or events sector).
  • Strong existing client network in UAE hospitality / corporate market preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
