- Interview Timings: Monday to Friday at 06:00PM to 10:00PM in Evening with Sales Director
- Saturday and Sundays Off
About the Role:
Raast Solutions is hiring Sales Executives for our growing B2B division, working on international projects with long-term growth opportunities. We’re looking for confident, self-driven, and motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and professional success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and close sales.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred (Call Center / BPO experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
