Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell body shop services to individual and corporate clients. The candidate must have experience in automotive service sales and be confident in field sales activities.

• Smart Repairs
• Automotive Paint Services
• PDR (Paintless Dent Removal)
• Denting Work
• Rust Proofing

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
• Promote body shop services to garages, fleet companies, corporate clients, and individual vehicle owners.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with workshop team for smooth service delivery.
• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive/body shop sales.
• Strong knowledge of smart repair, paint, denting, PDR, and rust proof services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Must have own car and valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
