Sales Executive - Building Material

AL FALAH CHEMICALS is looking for a Sales Executive with hand on experience of building construction chemical manufacturing, along with a solid understanding of architectural products, drawings, and specifications.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing business within the construction and architectural segments while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, and project clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
  • Review, read, and interpret architectural and structural drawings to propose suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure accurate product specifications and proposals.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to support project-based sales.
  • Prepare quotations, submitting, and sales reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or project-based sales.
  • Strong network and working relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
