We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in building materials, tools, and hardware products. The role involves developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials, tools, and hardware sector.
  • Visit existing and potential customers to establish rapport and promote products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage post-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–6 years of outdoor sales experience in building materials, tools, or hardware.
  • Proven track record in B2B or project-based sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of UAE market and local construction industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
