Timings: Morning Shift (07:00 AM to 2:00 PM), Night Shift (11:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

Experience: Freshers or Minimum 6 months in Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products or services, and closing sales deals over Twitch, Kick, Discord, and Twitter during the shift hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and prospect potential clients through Twitch, Kick, Discord, and Twitter, utilizing various sales strategies.

2. Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients over these platforms.

3. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

4. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.

6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.

7. Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

1. Freshers or Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written communication for online platforms.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

6. Willingness to work Morning and night shifts.
