Job Description:

We are a growing Civil Engineering Consultancy firm offering services in Architectural Design, Structural Design, MEP, Quantity Take-off, Cost Estimation, Project Management, and Engineering Consultancy.

We are looking for highly motivated Sales Executives who can generate leads, approach clients, and close consultancy projects on a commission-only basis.

This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with strong communication skills and a hunger to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and bring in new clients for civil engineering consultancy services
• Pitch consultancy services to contractors, developers, architects, and clients
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope
• Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the execution team
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client handling (preferred)
• Background or understanding of civil engineering / construction industry is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset

Compensation:

• Commission-based only (No fixed salary)
• Attractive commission per project closed
