Compensation: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 + Commission + Bonuses

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling Digital Marketing and Website Development services. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales activities, lead qualification, client consultations, and closing deals.

You will interact with business owners, startups, and agencies seeking website development, performance marketing, lead generation, and digital growth solutions. This is a target-based, performance-driven role offering attractive commissions and long-term growth opportunities for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and follow-ups with potential clients from provided leads.
  • Sell Website Development services (custom websites, ecommerce websites, landing pages, website redesign).
  • Promote Digital Marketing services, including:
  • Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Conversion-focused landing pages
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable marketing or website solutions.
  • Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget, and decision-making readiness.
  • Clearly explain service offerings, pricing, and timelines.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM.
  • Close deals and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, or business development

(preferably in Digital Marketing, Website Development, IT services, or agencies).

  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Website Development concepts.
  • Experience selling services such as websites, SEO, paid ads, or social media marketing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts from the office.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-focused mindset.

Shift Timings: Monday – Friday, 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM PST (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
