Job Title: Sales Executive (Cold Caller)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive (Cold Caller) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, qualifying leads, and closing deals for our Digital Marketing Services and GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant / Automation Services.

You will interact with business owners and agencies seeking lead generation, automation, CRM setup, and marketing support. This is a target-based role with strong commission and growth potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
  • Promote Digital Marketing services (paid ads, lead generation, social media marketing, automation).
  • Promote GHL Virtual Assistant / Expert services, including CRM setup, workflow automation, funnels, and integrations.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, interest, and budget.
  • Explain service offerings clearly and handle objections professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients to earn commissions.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales

(preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, or CRM-based services).

  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM tools (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, target-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work night shifts from the office.

Shift Timings: Monday – Friday, 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM PST (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
