Job Title: Sales Executive (Cold Calling Specialist – Closer Role)

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who thrives on closing deals and generating revenue. This role is NOT for those who simply educate customers or wait for opportunities to come to them. We are seeking a fearless closer who can identify pain points, handle objections, and guide prospects to a confident buying decision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to engage potential clients and build rapport quickly.
  • Identify customer pain points and position our product/service as the best solution.
  • Confidently handle objections related to price, timing, competition, or trust, and convert “No” into “Yes.”
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain structured follow-ups to ensure leads are nurtured and the sales pipeline remains active.
  • Record and track all activities in CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability.
  • Take full ownership of sales targets and consistently push to exceed them.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-disciplined.
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Deep understanding of branding, positioning, and business ROI.
