Sales Executive (Construction Estimation - US Shift)

Job Title: Sales Executive (Construction Estimation - US Shift)
Location: On-site, Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Time Zone)

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the US Construction Estimation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships within the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the US construction estimation market
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales communication (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored estimation solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in US Construction Estimation (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills with a US-neutral or fluent English accent
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies
  • Ability to work in the US time zone (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with US contractors or estimation firms
  • Knowledge of construction takeoffs and estimation processes
  • LinkedIn outreach and lead generation experience
