Responsibilities:

  • Promote and Sell Travel Services: Develop and sell travel services tailored to corporate clients' needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling travel services.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate with travel coordinators and agents to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with the best travel options.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
