What You’ll Do

• Drive workspace sales by engaging with prospective clients, giving tours, and converting leads into members.
• Build strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and professionals exploring Dubai’s business ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to run events and activations that bring HauteSpot to life.
• Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and follow up with precision.
• Develop channel relationships with brokers, agents, and referral partners across Dubai.
• Help onboard new members and ensure every client’s start with HauteSpot is a great one.

Who You Are

• Driven: You’re excited by targets and take pride in achieving them.
• Personable: You build rapport easily and enjoy helping people find their ideal workspace.
• Experienced: Around 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, coworking, or leasing in the UAE.
• Organised & Professional: You manage multiple leads and deliver consistently.
• Tech-Comfortable: Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Dubai-Savvy: You understand the local business scene and love being part of its growth story.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
