Sales Executive – Custom Cakes & Bakery Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all sales inquiries and client calls via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities with cafés, events companies, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat sales and brand loyalty.
• Promote and represent Velvett Cakes’ brand, products, and services in the market.
• Coordinate with management and the production team on client requirements to ensure smooth order execution.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable cake designs, sizes, and pricing options.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
