Carwa is a transparent, innovative platform that connects buyers and sellers through live and scheduled car auctions. We are revolutionizing how cars are bought and sold in the UAE, with inspection-backed listings, AI-powered tools, and a seamless online experience.

We are expanding our network of car dealers and are looking for two motivated Sales Executives to join our team and help recruit dealers to purchase cars on Carwa.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with car dealers across the UAE.
• Recruit dealers to join Carwa and actively purchase cars through our platform.
• Present Carwa’s value proposition, features, and competitive advantages to potential partners.
• Conduct in-person meetings, cold visits, and follow-ups with prospective dealers.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of dealer leads and ensure regular engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align recruitment goals.
• Achieve monthly dealer acquisition and sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the market to improve Carwa’s offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or dealer recruitment in the automotive industry.
• Strong network and understanding of the UAE car market (dealers, showrooms, buyers).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE to meet dealers.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Arabic, Pashto, or Dari language skills are a plus.
