Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands educational products, and wants to contribute to the expansion of one of Pakistan’s leading EdTech startups.

The Sales Executive will promote MENTISERA’s online courses, training programs, and institutional services, driving new leads and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and convert potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Present MENTISERA’s products and services to schools, teachers, and educational institutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update lead tracking systems regularly.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
  • Participate in virtual outreach events and educational fairs (as required).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong time management.
  • Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace / MS Office).
  • Interest in EdTech, online learning, and digital education trends.

Compensation

Pay: From Rs10,000.00 per month
