Role Overview
Our client seeks an experienced Sales Executive to lead business development and sales activities in the Abu Dhabi region, focusing on elevator installation, modernization, and service contracts. The ideal candidate possesses strong industry experience, networking ability, and technical understanding required to sell elevator solutions, with proficiency in technology and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect and identify new elevator installation opportunities across Abu Dhabi; develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and facility management companies; actively pursue new construction projects, villa developments, building upgrades, and modernization opportunities; attend meetings, site visits, and project discussions; manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing; present elevator solutions and technical capabilities; coordinate with internal teams for accurate proposals and competitive offers; negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Market Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of active projects in Abu Dhabi; track upcoming projects and market opportunities through consultants and contractors; maintain strong visibility within the regional construction network; use the company's CRM and ERP systems to track leads, opportunities, and follow ups; maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and quotations; utilize digital tools and technology to improve sales efficiency and reporting.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with estimation, engineering, and operations teams to prepare proposals and technical submissions; ensure smooth coordination between sales and internal departments during the proposal stage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in elevators, construction, building systems, or related industries.
- Proven track record in business development and project based sales.
- Strong network within the Abu Dhabi construction and development sector (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (advantage).
- Strong understanding of technical sales and construction project workflows.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and modern technology platforms.
- Self driven and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
