About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Executive to promote and sell Epoxy Resins, Hardeners, and related chemical systems in the industrial sector (flooring, coatings, composites, adhesives, and electrical applications). The role requires strong industry connections, technical understanding, and a results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new customers and expand sales for Epoxy Resins, Polyamide & Polyamine Hardeners, and related products.

- Identify and target key industrial segments such as flooring contractors, composite manufacturers, electrical insulation companies, and adhesive producers.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales with profit margins.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely order follow-ups.

- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in selling industrial chemicals, epoxy systems, or construction chemicals.

- Strong technical knowledge of epoxy chemistry, hardeners, and applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel within Pakistan.
