We are seeking a creative, passionate, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our events. The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, thrives on identifying and developing new business opportunities across the exhibition and conference sectors, and is comfortable engaging with decision-makers across diverse sectors.

Objectives:

  • Sell exhibition booths and sponsorship packages for assigned shows on a daily basis.
  • Support the sales strategy as directed by the Sales Manager or senior leadership.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while upholding the company’s sales performance standards.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the event and overall team success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify new business leads and generate sales through cold calls, emails, in-person meetings, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare customized sales proposals and follow up to secure confirmations.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Attend industry exhibitions and competitor events to network and identify sales opportunities.
  • Keep informed of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Support the implementation of sales campaigns and targeted outreach activities.
  • Accurately handle client objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity, pipelines, and performance using the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of contracts, proposals, and administrative documentation.

Team & Personal Development:

  • Participate in internal training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and share insights on best practices and new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role within the B2B exhibitions or conference industry
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals, particularly in the events or exhibitions sector
  • Strong communication skills with a professional approach to engaging high-level executives
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
