Job description:
Position: Sales Executive (Female)
Experience: 1–2 years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and expand growth opportunities for the agency.
- Support in acquiring new clients for marketing services under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant services, with manager approval where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Execute social media campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and user engagement.
- Monitor and report social media and campaign performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide useful insights.
- Negotiate and close smaller-scale deals, escalating high-value negotiations to the Sales Manager.
- Consistently work toward achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports to present progress and performance to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with international clients.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and client acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing software).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work under supervision.
Must present a proven record (report format) as evidence of past performance.
