Sales Executive (Female)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and new business opportunities through telephone sales for Business Bank Accounts with a leading bank in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell business bank account services.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective communication.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or business development within the UAE market (banking or financial products preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
