Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to sell products or services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about offerings.
  • Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Working Conditions:
