Sales Executive ( female Arabic Nationality)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers through calls, visits, and networking
  • Present and sell company products/services to prospective clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, procurement)
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reports
  • Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
  • Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
  • Valid driving license
  • Experience in B2B sales is an advantage
