Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers through calls, visits, and networking
- Present and sell company products/services to prospective clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, procurement)
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reports
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
- Valid driving license
- Experience in B2B sales is an advantage
