Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Promote and explain Bajaj Finance products and offerings
  • Meet assigned daily and monthly sales targets 
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction  Follow process guidelines and quality parameters

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits..
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
