Sales Executive - Fit out

Job Title: Sales Executive - Fit-out (With Driving License)

Location: Riyadh

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the fitout industry, targeting commercial and residential clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding fitout products, solutions, and design specifications.
• Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, tailored to their needs. Create proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and timelines.
• Site Visits & Surveys: Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client needs, deliver solutions, and collaborate with project teams for accurate quotes and project delivery.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms are met to the satisfaction of both the client and the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management, design, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution from proposal to completion.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitout or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of fitout products, systems, and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Driving License: Valid KSA driving license is mandatory.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
