Sales Executive (FMCG)

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who excels at identifying, creating, and closing new business opportunities. Through a consultative sales approach, the ideal candidate will understand customer needs, qualify leads effectively, and convert them into long-term partnerships with both new existing customers

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by brand, by customer, by item
• Meet the collection expectations
• Achieve the required availability and visibility for the assigned customers
• Coordinate with the merchandisers and supervisor to achieve the company goals
• Develop the customers loyalty

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in FMCG sales or merchandising in Oman
• Graduate degree, MBA is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills
• Planning skills
• Valid Omani driving License
