Sales Executive – FMCG / HORECA

We are actively hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in FMCG, HORECA, hypermarkets, or wholesale sectors. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, knowledgeable of the UAE market, and eager to grow within a competitive and rewarding sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for FMCG products across assigned channels
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure optimum stock availability to meet customer demand
  • Perform regular client visits and maintain strong product visibility through effective merchandising
  • Monitor product availability, shelf display, pricing, and promotional compliance at retail outlets
  • Track inventory, monitor expiry dates, and report damaged or near-expiry products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Manage entrusted stock with full responsibility and accountability
  • Expand, retain, and strengthen the existing customer base
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer networks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
  • Prior experience in FMCG, HORECA, hypermarkets, or wholesale industries is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
