Sales Executive – Freelance Platforms Specialist (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive who has hands-on experience with freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, bidding on relevant projects, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer efficiently.
• Search for relevant projects and place winning bids.
• Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients.
• Convert leads into sales and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain profiles, increase ratings, and manage reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client projects on time.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience on at least two of the following platforms: Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must understand bidding strategies and sales funnels.
• Ability to write convincing proposals and cover letters.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: PKR 50,000 – 150,000 (Based on skills and experience)
