Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience to aggressively promote and sell premium holiday packages to walk-in clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional closing skills, a relentless drive to achieve sales targets, and the ability to forge strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage walk-in clients, assess their travel needs, and offer customized holiday packages.

Drive sales and consistently exceed targets through effective negotiation and persuasive closing.

Cultivate lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, providing expert advice.

Address client inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in travel or holiday packages.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Results-oriented with a tenacious drive to surpass targets.

Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Working Hours:

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Competitive salary with exclusive incentives based on performance.
