Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Home Automation & ELV Systems to drive business growth and develop new client relationships across the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets for Home Automation and ELV solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Home Automation and ELV solutions.
  • Promote and sell Home Automation, Smart Home, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Audio Visual (AV), Gate Barrier, and Security Systems.
  • Meet with homeowners, consultants, contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of UAE experience in Home Automation, ELV Systems, Security Systems, or Low Current Systems sales.
  • Experience in Home Automation solutions is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with ELV sales experience will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of Home Automation, Smart Home Solutions, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Audio Visual (AV), and related ELV systems.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Existing client network within the UAE construction, fit-out, real estate, MEP, or ELV market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
