This is an outdoor sales role, responsible for promoting products and services while building strong relationships with new and existing clients. The role plays a key part in achieving the company’s sales and profitability goals.

This is an outdoor sales role, responsible for promoting products and services while building strong relationships with new and existing clients. The role plays a key part in achieving the company’s sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering companies, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as Chefs, Purchase Managers, and F&B Directors.
  • Promote the company’s product portfolio to ensure maximum visibility and availability across accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements, gather market insights, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / HORECA industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
