Sales Executive – Housing Projects (Paint Industry)

About the Role: ( Female )

We are looking for an active and target-driven Sales Executive who can handle housing projects and builders. The role is mainly focused on developing relationships with contractors, builders, and housing societies to increase paint sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit housing schemes, construction sites, and builders regularly
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, painters, and developers
  • Generate new sales leads and convert them into business
  • Promote company paint products and explain their benefits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep record of site visits, client meetings, and sales updates
  • Coordinate with dealers and ensure product availability at sites
  • Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in paint, construction, or related field is a plus
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • valid license (field job requirement)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Relationship building
  • Market knowledge (housing & construction sector)
  • Basic reporting and communication skills
