Sales Executive - Indoor

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Executive Sales to join our team in shopping malls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and promoting our products/brand to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage mall visitors to promote products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and handle basic merchandising.
• Collect customer feedback and support after-sales service when needed.
• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, mall sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
