Job Summary
Octane 8 Technologies is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive to own the entire B2B sales cycle — from lead generation to closing international clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in American-accented English, skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email outreach, and CRM tools, and has proven success in international client acquisition.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building client relationships, and knows how to convert leads into high-ticket deals.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → outreach → discovery → closing.
  • Source international B2B clients via LinkedIn, email prospecting, and occasional cold calling.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and connect with high-potential leads.
  • Craft customized proposals tailored to client pain points and objectives.

Client Communication & Sales Calls

  • Act as the primary contact for U.S. and international prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups to build trust and close deals.
  • Communicate fluently in American-accented English (spoken & written).
  • Execute outbound cold calling strategy for U.S. and global businesses when required.

Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management

  • Book and manage qualified meetings through email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Excel).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, account management) for seamless proposal delivery.

Email Marketing & Outreach

  • Write and execute high-performing cold & warm email campaigns.
  • Apply segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to increase open & response rates.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategy based on sales data and KPIs.

Key Competencies & Benchmarks

  • Outbound Prospecting (Advanced): Generate 100+ qualified leads per week with 10%+ positive response rate.
  • Cold Email Writing (Advanced): Achieve 3%+ reply rate and 1 booked call per 30 emails sent.
  • Sales Conversations & Closing (Advanced): Lead structured calls, handle objections, and close high-ticket clients.
  • Proposal Creation (Proficient): Deliver custom proposals (Google Slides, Notion, Loom) with 80%+ follow-up rate.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management (Proficient): Maintain 95%+ accuracy in pipeline stages, follow-ups, and notes.
  • Meeting Booking (Proficient): Secure 10+ qualified meetings/month with structured follow-up in 24 hours.
  • Email Marketing & Automation (Proficient): Maintain 20%+ open rates using Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, or Apollo.
  • Sales Copywriting (Proficient): Write compelling subject lines, CTAs, and conversion-focused messages.
  • Time & Lead Prioritization (Proficient): Zero-inbox mentality with <24-hour response to high-value leads.
  • Tool Adaptability (Proficient): Quickly adopt new sales tools within 1–2 weeks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development.
  • Success in international client acquisition and closing high-ticket clients.
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written) with American-accented communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, Mailshake, etc.)
  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho)

Bonus (Preferred)

  • Experience with video proposals (Loom).
  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales.
  • Knowledge of sales psychology frameworks (High Ticket Closing, NEPQ).
  • Familiarity with automation & personalization tools.
