Sales Executive – International Campaigns

Location: On Site- Lahore
Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pakistan Time (Monday to Friday) – UK Timings

About the Role

We are hiring a confident, English-fluent individual with experience in international customer service or telesales (preferably UK campaigns) to support a group of nurseries based in the UK. The role involves handling parent enquiries, booking viewings, following up, and supporting the admissions process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls, messages, and web enquiries from parents (via WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or Phone)
• Schedule nursery viewings by coordinating with UK nursery managers
• Follow up with parents post-viewing to answer questions and convert to registration
• Support paperwork completion and deposit follow-ups
• Update lead tracker and maintain accurate follow-up notes
• Coordinate with UK-based finance/admin teams for documentation
• Achieve weekly targets for response time, viewings booked, and registrations completed

Requirements

• 7+ years of international call center or sales/customer support experience (UK preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Familiar with CRMs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email, Zoom
• Comfortable working UK business hours (1 PM to 10 PM PKT)
• Self-organised and responsive with a polite, service-oriented attitude

Job Type & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 110,000 – 130,000 plus commission (based on experience)
