Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (IT Hardware & Spares)

Location: Abu Hail, Dubai (Zakhir Business Center)

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow our B2B sales for IT infrastructure spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry—whether from a sales, service, or coordination background—and will be responsible for handling the end-to-end sales process from our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Proactively drive sales of IT spare parts (Servers, PCs, Laptops, and Printers) to resellers, service centers, and corporate IT departments.
  • Inquiry Handling: Respond to client inquiries, identify the required internal components (such as Motherboards, RAID cards, or Fuser units), and provide accurate technical solutions.
  • Quotation & Closing: Prepare professional quotes, negotiate terms, and follow up consistently to close sales.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities within the IT service and repair sector.

Candidate Requirements

  • Visa Status: Open exclusively to Female candidates currently on a Husband’s Visa.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales, IT Service, or IT Service Coordination.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with IT hardware components and brands (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach to phone and email sales.

Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • Ability to understand technical part numbers and hardware specifications.
