About the Role

ITSHaul is expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you won’t just be "making calls"—you will be the primary growth engine for our dispatch operations, connecting with owner-operators and fleet owners across North America to provide premium dispatching solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect owner-operators and small-to-mid-sized trucking fleets through cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
  • Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the ITSHaul advantage—focusing on our ability to secure high-paying loads, optimize routes, and handle back-office paperwork.
  • Negotiation: Convert prospects into long-term partners by negotiating service agreements that benefit both the carrier and ITSHaul.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on US freight market trends, fuel prices, and seasonal fluctuations to provide expert advice to potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain precise records of all interactions and sales pipelines to ensure consistent follow-up.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1–2 years in a sales role, preferably within the US logistics or dispatching industry.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable navigating US accents and cultural nuances.
  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts to align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Resilience: A "thick skin" for cold calling and the persistence to follow up until a deal is closed.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a major plus), Google Workspace, and load boards.
