We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Executive to support the growing Consumer Sales business delivering a profitable and sustainable business in KSA.
Role Accountabilitie

Distributor Management:
Oversee distributor Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Route to Market (RTM) plans to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.

Channel Execution:
Ensure the execution of Perfect Store standards across channels, in line with global Fonterra guidelines.

Support Launch Activities:
Assist the KSA Sales Manager in executing all launch activities to achieve brand, channel, and customer objectives through effective distributor management.

Wholesale Channel Management:
Maintain the wholesale channel ensuring consistent availability and visibility of products

Key Account Relationships:
Build and nurture relationships with key account retailers to expand product reach and market presence.

Market Insights:
Develop and leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
You would possess the following:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management
-
Minimum of 2-3 years of wholesale, distributor and/or key account management experience within the KSA FMCG industry

Strong relationships with trade partners and distributors in the market

Excellent executional skills and perfect store execution

Understanding of RTM/RGM Management, building scorecards, promo planning, and P&L
