Sales Executive - Joiner & Furniture Industry

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in UAE or GCC markets, with the ability to generate leads, manage clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within joinery, custom furniture, and interior fit-out sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and project managers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and detailed proposals.
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide accurate solutions.
• Coordinate with design, production, and estimation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong database of clients and track pipeline using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, payments, and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out industry(mandatory).
• Strong understanding of woodworking, materials, finishes, architectural drawings, and production capabilities.
• Existing client network in UAE is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
