Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote our products in the market. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, conducting market visits, and ensuring sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identify potential clients by evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Conduct direct contact, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with potential customers.
- Visit markets regularly to identify opportunities, promote products, and generate leads.
- Attend sales events to stay updated with the latest developments in the industry.
- Identify product improvements and track current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- “Get the sale” using various methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.).
- Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales growth.
- Research competitors’ strategies, business development processes, and market share to inform future planning.
- Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
- Meet monthly KPIs and ensure sales targets (monthly and annual) are achieved.
- Ensure all sales activities are carried out within legal and ethical requirements.
- Frequent travel to meet potential clients (male candidates preferred due to travel nature).
- Coordinate with management for reporting, insights, and business growth strategies.
- Provide excellent product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for sales, customer service, and home décor products.
- Must own a bike and be comfortable with regular market visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
