Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Lead Generation) with exposure to the UAE and US markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to support business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads from UAE and US markets
• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online outreach campaigns
• Maintain accurate and updated lead databases (CRM/Excel)
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation or sales (UAE and/or US market experience is mandatory or preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confidence in cold calling and client outreach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international sales campaigns (UAE / US clients)
• Background in real estate, B2B sales, or service-based industries
• Understanding of different time zones and client handling practices
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
