Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and update CRM regularly
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales team / management
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)

Compensation

  • Basic salary + commission / incentives based on performance
