Sales Executive / Leads Qualifier

About the Role:

In this position, the Patient Advisor plays a vital role in enhancing patient experience and clinic performance by delivering high levels of service and support virtually. By handling patient inquiries with professionalism and clarity, the advisor ensures potential patients feel understood and informed. You will be doing video consultations and guiding patients and answering question. Through careful documentation and use of customer relationship management systems, the Patient Advisor maintains accurate patient data and follows up to convert leads into confirmed appointments. This role requires a strong focus on sales while maintaining patient cantered service, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth and reputation of Medical Sales UK. The advisor serves as a key point of contact between patients and clinical teams, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling adjustments that meet patient needs and clinic capacities.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all patient enquiries, both in person and via telephone/email
  • Provide a warm, professional and welcoming experience at every stage of the patient journey
  • Conduct consultations and clearly explain treatment options, procedures and pricing structures
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed treatment bookings in line with clinic targets
  • Follow up with prospective patients to maximise conversion rates
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate clinician diaries
  • Maintain accurate patient records within the CRM system
  • Process payments and manage finance documentation
  • Ensure reception and consultation areas are presented to the highest standard
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

  • Proven experience in a patient-facing, sales or consultative role (ideally within private healthcare or aesthetics)
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from enquiry handling to closing
  • Confident discussing treatment plans and financial commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Proficient in CRM systems and administrative processes
  • Professional, organised and results-driven
