Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms).
- Conduct meetings and site visits with potential clients to explain project details.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM.
- Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, payment plans, and project features.
- Stay updated on competitor projects, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Support in organizing sales campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience highly preferred; candidates from Banking, Automobiles, or Retail Sales background can also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Own conveyance preferred.
