Sales Executive/ Manager - Female

Zirakpur, India

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms).
  • Conduct meetings and site visits with potential clients to explain project details.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, payment plans, and project features.
  • Stay updated on competitor projects, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Support in organizing sales campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience highly preferred; candidates from Banking, Automobiles, or Retail Sales background can also apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Own conveyance preferred.
