Sales Executive - Manufacturing

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented B2B Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales growth among industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in factory-based sales, strong client management skills, and the ability to secure bulk orders while maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage B2B relationships with manufacturers, chemical processors, and industrial buyers.
  • Conduct regular factory visits and meetings with procurement and production teams to understand client requirements.
  • Generate and secure bulk orders, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
  • Manage corporate accounts and establish long-term supply agreements.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for industrial clients.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends in Korangi and Site Area industrial markets to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven B2B industrial sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
  • Own transportation (bike) for client visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 per week
