About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will actively seek and find new customers yourself every day. You are the “hunter” who builds your own pipeline through online channels.

You will receive full support in product knowledge and professional selling skills, while enjoying a clear performance-based commission structure. This is not a customer service role — your focus is on acquiring new customers and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new customer leads daily using Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, Google, groups, and other digital channels.
• Reach out to potential customers (cold messaging, follow-up, ads, etc.) and convert them into paying buyers.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Accurately track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Prepare and submit timely daily/weekly sales reports and performance data to management.
• Work closely with the CSKH and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or telesales (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Vietnamese.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable finding customers independently.
• Familiar with social media selling platforms (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Able to work independently while meeting reporting deadlines.
