Sales Executive - Medical Disposables

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Doha, Qatar (Must be based in Qatar and immediately available)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive base salary + Commission + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate leads for medical disposable products among healthcare providers, pharmacies, and institutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting our range of MOPH/HMC/PHCC approved medical supplies.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends in Qatar's healthcare sector.

Prepare sales reports, quotes, and contracts while ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our market presence.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in medical disposables, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and building client portfolios.

Valid Qatar Driving License (essential for field visits across Doha and surrounding areas).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.

Proficiency in Arabic language is a strong plus (for better client interactions in local markets).

Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid residency permit and transferable visa/NOC.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
