Sales Executive – Medical/Derma Furniture Division

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ➤ Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare and aesthetic sector for medical/derma furniture. ➤ Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. ➤ Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote product features and advantages. ➤ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction. ➤ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager. ➤ Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participation in industry events. ➤ Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and product delivery. ➤ Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries, complaints, and service requirements efficiently. ➤ Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and share insights with management for business strategy. ➤ Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management. ➤ Ensure timely follow-up for payments and compliance with company credit policies. ➤ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions.

REQUIREMENTS ➢ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. ➢ Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales of medical and derma products, or medical furniture within the UAE or GCC market. ➢ Strong understanding of medical/derma furniture, equipment usage, and healthcare industry requirements. ➢ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage. ➢ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales. ➢ Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented approach. ➢ Ability to manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets. ➢ Flexibility to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits. ➢ Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to a competitive market environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
