A Sales Executive in a construction company is responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the sales of construction products, materials, and services. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet both client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and clients.
  • Present and promote construction products, services, and solutions effectively.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
