Sales Executive – Merchant Acquiring & POS Solutions (Banking / Fintech Sales)

Job Description

PaySa is a growing fintech company providing digital payment and e-money solutions across Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – Merchant Acquiring to join our Islamabad team and help onboard merchants onto our POS and digital payment solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for field sales, relationship management, and fintech solutions. Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop a pipeline of potential merchants through field visits and market outreach
  • Onboard new merchants and coordinate POS deployment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants
  • Drive transaction growth by supporting merchant engagement and usage
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the line manager

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in:
  • Merchant acquiring
  • Banking or fintech sales
  • Relationship management
  • (Fresh graduates may also apply)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Willingness to work in field sales
