Job Purpose
The Sales Executive – Mobile Accessories is responsible for promoting and selling mobile accessories, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile accessories, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
- Promote and upsell products such as chargers, earphones, power banks, covers, screen protectors, and other accessories.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and manage inventory levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile accessories, technology trends, and product features.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience, preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, or telecom.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
