Sales Executive – Mobile Accessories

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive – Mobile Accessories is responsible for promoting and selling mobile accessories, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile accessories, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Promote and upsell products such as chargers, earphones, power banks, covers, screen protectors, and other accessories.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and manage inventory levels.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile accessories, technology trends, and product features.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience, preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, or telecom.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
